EFE-UAE has launched a new mentorship initiative with Citi, connecting young people with professionals who can provide career guidance, industry insight, and support as they prepare to enter the workforce.

In July, EFE-UAE hosted orientation sessions for 10 Citi volunteers and 10 students who had previously completed Accenture-supported courses. Following the orientations, participants were matched into 10 mentor-mentee pairs, all of which have now begun their mentorship sessions.

The ongoing program gives participants an opportunity to build professional networks, gain practical career advice, and strengthen their readiness for future employment opportunities.
