EFE-Jordan recently celebrated the graduation of 11 young people from the fifth cohort of its Future Hotelier Academy, a six-month hospitality training initiative implemented in partnership with Grand Hyatt Amman. Of the 11 graduates, six have already secured employment.

The program prepares young people for careers in Jordan’s hospitality sector through training in soft skills, customer service, and sector-specific English, followed by hands-on, on-the-job training at Grand Hyatt Amman. Participants gain practical experience across hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage.

Across five cohorts, the Future Hotelier Academy has reached 81 young people, including 41 women and 40 men, combining classroom preparation with workplace experience to strengthen participants’ readiness for employment in the hospitality sector.
