Education For Employment-UAE (EFE-UAE) recently arranged the Kick-Off Session for the Pathways to a Jobprogram at Middlesex University Dubai, in collaboration with Middlesex University and global partners.

The session introduced students from the Finance, Accounting, Business, and Economics disciplines to this structured employability initiative designed to prepare them for the transition from university to the workforce. Through a combination of practical training, industry exposure, and mentorship opportunities, the program will equip students with the skills, confidence, and professional insights needed to navigate real-world career pathways.

By partnering with universities like Middlesex Dubai, EFE continues to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations, empowering young people with the tools and networks they need to pursue meaningful employment and build successful careers.  

Learning to Earning Platform: The students went on to complete their registration and their courses on Accenture Learning to Earning platform. The top performing students will be invited to the Bank of America Job Shadow Day – to be scheduled when the conflict ends.
