Education for Employment–Jordan (EFE-Jordan), in partnership with Grand Hyatt Amman, celebrated the graduation of 11 youth from the Future Hotelier Academy, an initiative designed to prepare young people for careers in the hospitality sector.  

The program combined soft skills, customer service, and hospitality English with six months of hands-on technical training across key hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage. The initiative reflects a shared commitment to strengthening youth employability and expanding opportunities in Jordan’s hospitality industry.
