With support from Caterpillar, EFE-Lebanon completed work readiness training for 25 participants, who have now progressed to customized technical training delivered by the IT Syndicate Academy.  

The training content was tailored to match participants’ skill levels and needs. While the program began in a hybrid format, training is currently being delivered fully online in response to the ongoing war. Most participants are Lebanese University students with strong technical potential and limited access to opportunity.  

EFE-Lebanon is now selecting students for a second cohort while also engaging local and international organizations to build partnerships and create employment pathways for participants after graduation.
