As part of #AWSInCommunities Skill Development Initiatives, the Excellence in Workplace Program with Amazon Web Services (AWS) has successfully concluded in Bahrain, empowering 20 young professionals including youth of determination through 40 hours of interactive workshops, practical exercises, and individual mentoring to strengthen their job readiness. Six graduates have already secured employment across various sectors including hospitality, tourism and trasportatoin with ongoing placement support for the remaining cohort participants. The program prioritized inclusive participation, enabling youth with determination to build decent and meaningful careers.
